Just a few steps from Campo Santa Margherita, a lively gathering place full of bacari, bars and restaurants, our house is close to the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, the Basilica dei Frari, the Church and Scuola Grande dei Carmini, and the Fondamenta Zattere. The Fondamenta Zattere allows you to enjoy a very picturesque view of the Giudecca Canal and you can walk to the Punta della Dogana Contemporary Art Museum – Palazzo Grassi.

Our property is located in the sestiere Dorsoduro district in Venice, at Fondamenta Barbarigo 2360, easily reachable by walk in about 15 minutes from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma, where the shuttle buses to Marco Polo airport arrive and depart. Alternatively, when exiting the Venezia Santa Lucia train station, to the left, you’ll find the vaporetto stop A, where you can take vaporetto number 2, towards San Zaccaria, and get off at San Basilio.
